Anthony C. Winter has been with the firm since December 2014. He studied business and statistics at Kansas State University before earning his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he was a member of the Oklahoma City University Law Review. His practice includes medical malpractice defense, Section 1983 civil rights defense, and disciplinary board actions. Anthony is recognized for his extensive federal court practice.

Anthony is licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma; the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma; the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; the United States District Court for the District of Colorado; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, and Defense Research Institute.
