Chandler has been with the firm since 2022, beginning her tenure as the firm’s receptionist, where she managed front-office operations, including client communications, call routing, and administrative support. Through her reliability and attention to detail, she expanded her responsibilities and now also serves as the firm’s Medical Records Clerk. In this role, Chandler coordinates and tracks medical records requests, ensures timely receipt of documentation, and organizes and prepares records for attorney review.
