Sean Snider earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2005 and his Juris Doctor in 2008 from Oklahoma City University. He has been with the firm since his time as an intern and focuses his practice on medical malpractice and professional negligence defense, Section 1983 civil rights defense, and disciplinary board actions. Sean is known for his surgical precision in depositions and at trial, as well as his extensive federal court practice.

Sean is licensed to practice in the States of Oklahoma and Kansas; the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Oklahoma; the United States District Court for the District of Kansas; the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri; the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas; the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Tenth Circuits; and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, Defense Research Institute, Oklahoma County Bar Association, Cleveland County Bar Association, Federalist Society, and the American Bar Association.
